Co-founder of GRO+ and An artist, IMH-certified art therapist, and childrenβs illustrator, Eru blends storytelling with nature-inspired perspectives. She guides process-oriented creative experiences, using art as a therapeutic tool for expression, connection, and emotional wellbeing, fostering confidence and personal meaning-making.
Co-founder of Kaskad, Sasha helps teenagers develop their creative voice and unique perspective. A writer at heart who overcame dyslexia, she is passionate about storytelling and empowering youth. Her hobbies include building Kaskad and surfing in the ocean.
Maxim is a composer, DJ, and curator of the Sound Lab at Kaskad. He creates projects blending theater, multimedia, and dance with music. Maxim loves turning everyday noises into magical sound worlds. He believes listening carefully changes how we see the world, and creativity starts with curiosity and play.
